بورے والا(چوہدری اصغر علی جاوید سے)یوم آزادی یکجہتی کشمیر کے حوالے سے بلدیہ کی مرکزی تقریب سے شہری اور میڈیا بے خبر،ایڈمنسٹریٹر بلدیہ کی قومی دن کے موقع پر سرد مہری پر میڈیا اور شہری تنظیموں کا سخت احتجاج،قومی دن پر ایڈمنسٹریٹر بلدیہ نے شہریوں کے جزبات مجروح کئے،تفصیلات کے مطابق دیگر شہروں کی طرح بورے والا میں بھی یوم آزادی یکجہتی کشمیر کو شہریوں اور سیاسی و سماجی تنظیموں نے پورے ملی جوش وجذبے کے ساتھ منایا لیکن اس قومی دن کے موقع پر ایڈمنسٹریٹر بلدیہ بورے والا نے تمام سابقہ روایات کو پس پشت ڈال کر بلدیہ میں منعقدہ پرچم کشائی کی سرکاری تقریب پر شہر کی کسی سیاسی،سماجی تنظیم اور میڈیا کو مکمل بے خبر رکھا ایڈمنسٹریٹر بلدیہ نے چند منٹ کی تقریب کے بعد ایک ویڈیو پیغام جاری کر کے اس اہم قومی دن کے موقع پر اپنی ذمہ داری پوری کر دی جبکہ ہر سال پرچم کشائی کی اس مرکزی تقریب میں تمام سٹیک ہولڈرز اور شہریوں کو مدعو کیا جاتا رہا جس میں محب وطن شہری اپنے جزبات کا عملی ثبوت بھی دیتے تھے لیکن اس دفعہ اس اہم تقریب سے تمام سٹیک ہولڈرز اور میڈیا کو دور رکھا گیا حالانکہ تمام شہروں میں سرکاری سطح پر منعقدہ تقریبات میں ملک سے محبت اور کشمیریوں سے اظہار یکجہتی کا اظہار کیا گیا ایڈمنسٹریٹر بلدیہ کے اس غیر ذمہ دارانہ رویہ اور عدم دلچسپی پر نمائندہ شہری تنظیموں نے شدید احتجاج کرتے ہوئے وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب سے فوری نوٹس لینے کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔
