بورے والا(چوہری اصغر علی جاوید سے)پولیس نے پی ٹی آئی کی طرف سے پریس کلب کے سامنےاحتجاج کی کال ناکام بنا دی،پریس کلب کے باہر پولیس کی بھاری نفری تعینات ہونے کی وجہ سے کارکنان احتجاج نہ کر سکے،تفصیلات کے مطابق پی ٹی آئی قیادت کی طرف سے انتخابات میں مبینہ دھاندلی کے خلاف احتجاج کی کال پر آج پولیس کی جانب سے پریس کلب کے باہر سیکورٹی کے غیر معمولی انتظامات کئے گئے تھے سٹی صدر ملک فاروق اعوان اور سینئر راہنماء چوہدری اعجاز اسلم چند کارکنان کے ہمراہ جونہی پریس کلب کے سامنے پہنچے تو پولیس نے انہیں منتشر کر دیا جس کی وجہ سے مزید کارکنان پریس کلب کے سامنے احتجاج کیلئے نہ پہنچے اس موقع پر ملک فاروق اعوان اور چوہدری اعجاز اسلم نے میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ پولیس کی جانب سے سیاسی ورکرز کو پرامن احتجاج سے روکنا بدترین ریاستی جبر ہے موجودہ جعلی مینڈیٹ زدہ حکومت نگران حکومت کے غاصبانہ طرز عمل کا تسلسل ہے حکمران اس عوام سے انکا جمہوری حق چھین کر اسے مقبوضہ کشمیر کی طرز پر چلانے کے بھیانک منصوبے پر کام کر رہے ہیں لیکن جس طرح ہمارا قائد اس فسطائیت اور ظلم و جبر کے سامنے ڈٹ کے کھڑا ہے اسی طرح کارکنان بھی ہر محاذ پر اپنا جمہوری حق استعمال کرتے رہیں بالآخر فتح حق اور سچ کی ہو گی۔
