بورے والا(چوہدری اصغر علی جاوید سے)پاکستان کسان اتحاد نے کسانوں پر دہشت گردی کا مقدمہ درج کرنے اور واپڈا یونین کی جانب سے 17ستمبر کے احتجاج میں پتھراﺅ کر کے کسانوں کو لہو لہان کرنے کے واقعہ کے خلاف 27ستمبر کو ضلع وہاڑی کو مکمل جام کرنے کا اعلان کر دیا،مطالبات کی منظوری تک کسان ٹیوب ویلوں کے بل ادا نہیں کریں گے،ایکسیئن واپڈا اور یونین لیڈرز کے فوری تبادلہ اور کسانوں سے زیادتی کا مقدمہ درج کرنے کا مطالبہ،تفصیلات کے مطابق 17ستمبر کو پاکستان کسان اتحاد کی جانب سے مطالبات کے حق میں میپکو کمپلیکس کے باہر احتجاجی مظاہرے کے دوران ہونے والے پر تشدد تصادم کے بعد میپکو کی درخواست پر 438سے زائد کسانوں کے خلاف دہشت گردی دفعات کے تحت مقدمہ درج کر کے واپڈا اہلکاروں کے پتھراﺅ سے زخمی ہونے والے کسانوں کا مقدمہ درج کرکے واپڈا اہلکاروں کے پتھراﺅ سے زخمی ہونے والے کسانوں کا مقدمہ درج نہ کیے جانے کے خلاف آج مرکزی صدر کسان اتحاد چوہدری محمد انور کی زیر صدارت کسان اتحاد کے دفتر میں صوبے بھر کے تمام اضلاع کے صدر،سیکرٹری و دیگر عہدیداران کے مشاورتی اجلاس میں متفقہ طور پر 27ستمبر کو ضلعی ہیڈ کوارٹر پر ہزاروں کسانوں کا دھرنا،پیہہ جام کرنے اور مطالبات کی منظوری تک واپڈا کے ٹیوب ویل بل ادا نہ کرنے کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے مرکزی چیئرمین کسان اتحاد چوہدری محمد انور نے کہا کہ 17ستمبر کو نہتے کسانوں کو اپنے حقوق کی خاطر احتجاج کرنے پر واپڈا یونین کے غنڈوں نے پتھراﺅ کر کے لہولہان کیا اور ضلعی انتظامیہ و پولیس نے الٹا کسانوں کے خلاف دہشت گردی کا مقدمہ درج کر کے یہ ثابت کرنے کی کوشش کی کہ کسان دہشت گرد ہیں جبکہ اصل دہشت گرد ایکسیئن واپڈ بورے والا اور واپڈا یونین کے وہ لیڈر ہیں جو خود بھی بجلی چوری کرتے ہیں اور تمام بجلی چوروں کی سرپرستی کر کے ملک میں معاشی دہشت گردی کر رہے ہیں انہوں نے کہا کہ ایکسیئن واپڈا بورے والا اور یونین کے عہدیداران جو ڈیوٹی دیئے بغیر تنخواہیں وصول کر کے محکمہ پر بوجھ ہیں انہیں تبدیل کر کے انکے خلاف کسانوں کو پتھراﺅ سے زخمی کرنے کا مقدمہ درج کیا جائے اگر ہمارے مطالبات نہ مانے گئے تو کوئی بھی کسان اپنے بجلی کے بل ادا نہیں کرے گا بلکہ جو میٹر یا سپلائی کاٹنے آئے گا کسان اسے بجلی کے پول سے باندھ دیں گے کسان پرامن شہری ہیں اور ان سے ظلم و زیادتی کر کے انہیں بغاوت پر مجبور کیا جا رہا ہے احتجاجی اجلاس سے مرکزی کوآرڈینٹر و ضلعی صدر ملک ذوالفقار اعوان،مرکزی سیکرٹری اطلاعات رانا مظفر طاہر،چوہدری سرور،چوہدری عابد صدر اوکاڑہ،میاں یٰسین سکھیرا صدر لودھراں،لال شیر صدر فیصل آباد،طارق وٹو،سلیم ساہوکا صدر بہاولنگر،عباس کلیار،حق نواز صدر بہاولپور،چوہدری تبسم صدر قصور،راجہ خاں حاجی بہاولنگر صدر پاکپتن،واجد علی نول صدر جھنگ،حاجی لوط نذیر سہو صدر ملتان،اظہر عنایت پتوکی،عبدالرحمان غفوریہ،عبدالغفور ڈی جی خاں،چوہدری اقبال راجن پور کے علاوہ تمام تحصیلوں مرکزی اور صوبائی عہدیداران نے شرکت کی۔
