بورے والا(چوہدری اصغر علی جاوید سے)وفاقی وزرات تعلیم پیشہ ورانہ تربیت حکومت پاکستان کے پروگرام بیسک ایجوکیشن کمیونٹی سکولز چلنے والے 12ہزار2سو 4 بیسک ایجوکیشن کمیونٹی سکولوں کی ٹیچرز کو پانچ ماہ اور نگران این جی اوز کو 21 ماہ سے تنخواہوں سے محروم،3لاکھ سے زائد بچے کتابیں نہ ملنے کی وجہ سے تعلیم سے محروم ہو چکے ہیں،اخراجات نہ ملنے اور این جی اواز سے پارٹنر شپ ختم ہونے سے ہزاروں گھرانے فاقہ کشیوں پر مجبور،اخراجات کی فوری ادائیگی اور پارٹنرشپ بحال کرنے کا مطالبہ،تفصیلات کے مطابق وفاقی وزارت تعلیم کے زیر اہتمام ملک بھر میں این جی اوز کی پارٹنر شپ سے چلنے والے12ہزار 204بیسک ایجوکیشن کمیونٹی سکولوں کو حکومت کی طرف سے یکم جولائی 2016سے اب تک مانیٹرنگ فنڈز جاری نہیں کیے گئے کروڑوں روپے کے ان فنڈز کی عدم ادائیگی اور ین جی اوز سے پارٹنر شپ ختم کرنے کے حکومتی اقدام کی وجہ سے جہاں ان سکولوں کی مانیٹرنگ کرنے والے این جی اوز کے سپروائزر کے گھروں کے چولہے ٹھنڈے ہو گئے ہیں وہاں پارٹنر شپ ختم کیے جانے کے بعد ہزاروں افراد بے روزگار ہو جائیں گے اور انکی زیر نگرانی چلنے والی سکولوں کے لاکھوں طلباء و طالبات کا تعلیمی مستقبل بھی خطرے میں پڑ جائے گا اور ٹیچرز کی ماہانہ تنخواہ کم ازکم 15000ہزار روپے کی جائے بورے والا سمیت ،بیکس پاک این جی اوز نیٹ ورک نے وزیر اعظم پاکستان،چیف جسٹس ہائیکورٹ،وفاقی محتسب اعلیٰ اور چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان سے مانیٹرنگ کے اخراجات،ٹیچرز تنخواہیں اور بچوں کو کتابیں فوری دی جائے سکولوں کو چلانے کے لیے این جی اوز پارٹنر شپ بحال کرنے کا مطالبہ کیا جب بیکس سے رابطہ کیا تو انہوں نے کہا کہ فنڈز نہ ملنے کی وجہ سے کتابیں لیٹ ہے ،ٹیچرز کی تنخواہیں اسی ماہ مارچ میں مل جائیں گی اور این جی اوز کی بحالی کے بیکس سکولوں کی ناممکن ہے وفاق کی طرف سے مسائل ہے ہم نے پانٹرشپ زختم نہیں کی سول سوسائٹی کا کمیونٹی میں اہم کردار ہے۔
