بورے والا(چوہدری اصغر علی جاوید سے)سول جج بورے والا نے پی ٹی آئی کے گرفتار کارکنان کو جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر جیل بھیج دیا،کارکنان کے خلاف 9 مئی کو عمران خان کی گرفتاری کے خلاف ہونے والے احتجاج پر پی ٹی آئی کے کارکنان پر درج مقدمہ میں دہشت گردی کی دفعات کو گزشتہ روز خصوصی عدالت نے ختم کر دیا تھا،تفصیلات کے مطابق 9 مئی کو عمران خان کی گرفتاری کے خلاف بورے والا میں ہونے والے مظاہرے پر پی ٹی آئی کے کارکنان تیمور سکندر ڈوگر،سردار اسلم ڈوگر،عبدالوحید وغیرہ کو نظر بند کر دیا تھا عدالت عالیہ سے نظر بندی ختم ہونے پر ان نظر بند کارکنان سمیت 100 سے زائد کارکنان کو عمران خان کی گرفتاری کے خلاف ہونے والے احتجاج اور نامعلوم گولی سے ایک راہگیر کے زخمی ہونے کے مقدمہ میں انسداد دہشت گردی کی دفعات کا اضافہ کر کے نامزد کرتے ہوئے دوبارہ گرفتار کر لیا تھا جس کی سماعت کے دوران خصوصی عدالت ملتان نے دہشت گردی کی دفعات ختم کرتے ہوئے اس مقدمہ کو مقامی علاقہ مجسٹریٹ کی عدالت میں سماعت کیلئے بھیج دیا تھا دو روز قبل مقامی علاقہ مجسٹریٹ سول جج حافظ محمد فاروق نے پولیس کی طرف سے پیش کئے گئے 10 میں سے دو ملزمان کو مقدمہ سے ڈسچارج اور تیمور سکندر ڈوگرسمیت 8 کارکنان محمد اسلم ڈوگر،عبدالوحید،غضنفر رحمان،شیر بچن،شکیل احمد،رانا اویس اوراسلم زیب کو دو روزہ جسمانی ریمانڈ پر تھانہ ماڈل ٹاؤن پولیس کے حوالے کر دیا تھا آج جسمانی ریمانڈ ختم ہونے پر پولیس کی طرف سے مزید جسمانی ریمانڈ کی استدعا مسترد کرتے ہوئے ان 8 کارکنان کو جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر ڈسٹرکٹ جیل وہاڑی بھیج دیا ہے اسی مقدمہ میں نامزد دیگر 90 کارکنان کو مقامی عدالت نے شناخت پریڈ کیلئے 12 جون تک جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر وہاڑی جیل بھیج دیا ہے پی ٹی آئی کارکنان کی پیروی سیکرٹری بار راحیلہ منور،سابق صدور بار ملک فرقان یوسف،مہر طاہر امجد،سردار ساجد احمد ڈوگر،آئی ایل ایف کے سابق ضلعی صدر چوہدری مختار احمد جٹ اور انصاف لائرز فورم کے دیگر متعدد وکلاء نے کی۔
