گگومنڈی(طارق عزیز انصاری)رمضان بازاروں کے انعقاد کے انتظامات ضلعی انتظامیہ کے سپرد، ضلعی انتظامیہ تسلی بخش انتظامات کروانے میں بری طرح ناکام،ضلع بھر کے رمضان بازاروں کے انتظامات کا ٹھیکہ 65لاکھ میں منظور نظر ٹھیکیدار کے سپرد،ٹھیکیدار نے فرضی کاروائیوں سے ضلعی انتظامیہ کو مطمئن کر دیا،عوام رمضاں بازار میں سستی اور معیاری اشیاء سے محروم، احترام رمضان آرڈیننس بھی کاغذوں تک محدود،تفصیلات کے مطابق پنجاب حکومت کی ہدایت پر اس سال بھی ضلعی و مقامی بلدیاتی اداروں کے قیام کے باوجود ضلع بھر میں رمضان بازاروں کے انعقاد کی ذمہ داری بلدیاتی اداروں کے سپرد کرنے کی بجائے پھر ضلعی انتظامیہ کے حوالے کر دی گئی ضلعی انتظامیہ کی جانب سے ضلع بھر کے چار رمضان بازاروں میں ٹینٹ،کرسیاں،شہریوں کے بیٹھنے کا انتظام،پارکنگ کے لیے سایہ کا انتظام،سٹالز پر لائٹ اور پنکھوں کی فراہمی سمیت دیگر ضروری انتظامات کے لیے مبینہ طور پر ایک منظور نظر ٹھیکیدار کو 65لاکھ روپے کی خطیر رقم کا ٹھیکہ دے دیا ٹھیکیدار کی طرف سے انتہائی عجلت میں کیے گئے انتظامات غیر معیاری اور غیر تسلی بخش ہونے سے رمضان بازار غفلت اور لاپرواہی کا منظر پیش کر رہے ہیں ہر سال لاکھوں روپے کی مالیت سے خریدے جانے والے ٹینٹ،پنکھے اور دیگر سامان استعمال کرنے کی بجائے نئے سرے سے 65لاکھ کی رقم دوبارہ انہیں انتظامات کی نظر کر دی گئی ہے دوسری جانب ضلعی انتظامیہ فوٹو سیشن تک محدود ہو کر رھ گئی ہے رمضان بازاروں اور عام بازاروں میں احترام رمضان آرڈیننس کے تحت عوام کو معیاری اور سستی اشیاء کی فراہمی صرف کاغذوں تک محدود ہو چکی ہے عام بازاروں میں سبزی،فروٹ اور دیگر اشیاء کی من مانی قیمتیں آسمان کو چھو رہی ہیں اور شہری خادم اعلیٰ کے رمضان ریلیف پیکیج کو تلاش کر رہی ہے مقامی شہریوں نے انتظامات کے نام پر خطیر رقم کی لوٹ مار اور معیاری و سستی اشیاء کی عدم فراہمی پر شدید احتجاج کرتے ہوئے خادم اعلیٰ پنجاب سے فوری نوٹس لینے کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔
