بورے والا(چوہدری اصغر علی جاوید سے)محکمہ پولیس کی غفلت اور لاپرواہی سے درجنوں پانی چوروں کے خلاف مقدمات درج نہ ہو سکے،محکمہ انہار کی جانب سے بھیجے گئے درجنوں استغاثے ردی کی ٹوکری کی نذر کر دیئے،نہری پانی چوروں کو کھلی چھٹی،محکمہ انہار بے بس ہو گیا،تفصیلات کے مطابق بورے والا کینال سب ڈویژن کے مختلف دیہات میں عرصہ دراز سے پانی چوری کا سلسلہ جاری ہے پانی چوری کی شکایت پر محکمہ انہار کے ایس ڈی او کی جانب سے پانی چوری میں ملوث ملزمان کے خلاف مقدمات درج کر نے کیلئے اب تک تمام تھانوں میں درجنوں استغاثے بھیجے گئے لیکن پولیس کی طرف سے ان استغاثوں کو محض ایک کاغذ کا ٹکڑا سمجھتے ہوئے ردی کی ٹوکری میں پھینک دیا جاتا ہے جس سے اب تک درجنوں پانی چوروں کے خلاف مقدمات درج نہیں ہو سکے اور پانی چوروں کو کھلی چھٹی مل چکی ہے جس پر محکمہ انہار بھی بے بس دکھائی دے رہا ہے گذشتہ دنوں نواحی گاﺅں511ای بی کے محمد ارشاد ولد نیامت علی چوہان کے خلاف نہر 6ایل سے پانی چوری کا مقدمہ درج کرنے کا استغاثہ تھانہ صدر کو بھیجا گیا لیکن 10روز گزرنے کے بعد بھی مقدمہ درج نہیں ہوا محکمہ انہار کے ایس ڈی او محمد طارق کے مطابق اب تک مختلف تھانوں میں 70سے زائد استغاثے بھیجے گئے لیکن چند مقدمات درج ہوئے باقی تھانوں میں پڑے ہیں انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم اس حوالہ سے بے بس ہیں۔
