بورے والا(چوہدری اصغر علی جاوید سے)محکمہ تعلیم کے متعدد اساتذہ بی ایڈ ہونے کے باوجود مستقل نہ ہو سکے،محکمہ تعلیم کے افسران نے ٹیچرز کی مستقلی کی فائلیں نظرانداز کر دیں، تفصیلات کے مطابق 5سال قبل بی اے تعلیم کی بنیاد پر بھرتی ہونے والے ایجوکیٹرز کے لیے محکمہ تعلیم بی ایڈ کوالیفکیشن کی شرط عائد کر دی تھی جس کے بعد بی ایڈ کرنے والے ان ایجوکیٹرز کو مستقل کیا جانا تھا لیکن محکمہ تعلیم ضلع وہاڑی کی طرف سے ان کی مستقلی کے احکامات جاری کرنے میں تاخیری حربے استعمال کیئے جا رہے ہیں جبکہ بی ایڈ کرنے والے ایجوکیٹرز کی تمام کوائف پر مبنی فائلیں متعلقہ ڈپٹی ڈی ای اوز کے دفاتر میں جمع ہو چکی ہے محکمہ تعلیم کے کلرک مافیا کی جیبیں گرم نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے یہ فائلیں ردی کی ٹوکری کی نظر ہو چکی ہیں محکمہ تعلیم کے اہلکاروں کا کہنا ہے کہ ڈپٹی کمشنر وہاڑی کی طرف سے ڈسڑکٹ پرمویشن کمیٹی کا اجلاس نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے ان کے مستقل آرڈر جاری نہیں ہو رہے دوسری جانب ڈی سی آفس سے رابطہ کرنے پر معلوم ہوا ہے کہ ابھی تک محکمہ تعلیم کی طرف سے ان ایجوکیٹرز کے کیس ڈی ڈی سی کے لیے ڈی سی آفس کو موصول نہیں ہوئے جس کی وجہ سے یہ ایجوکیٹرز محکمہ تعلیم کے اور ڈی سی آفس کے درمیان شٹل کاک بن چکے ہیں متاثرہ ٹیچرز نے ڈپٹی کمشنر وہاڑی اور چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر ایجوکیشن فوری نوٹس لینے کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔
