بورے والا(چوہدری اصغر علی جاوید سے)ایڈیشنل ڈسٹرکٹ اینڈ سیشن جج بورے والا محمد یونس عزیز نے تھانہ سٹی کے مشہور مقدمہ قتل میں ملوث ملزم راشد ولد عاشق پر جرم ثابت ہونے پر 25 سال قید تین لاکھ روپے جرمانہ لواحقین کو ادا کرنے کا حکم سنا دیا،عدم ادائیگی جرمانہ پر مزید 6 ماہ قید کی سزا بھگتنا ہو گی،استغاثہ کے مطابق تھانہ سٹی کی حدود چک نمبر 435 (ای بی) پیر پٹھان ہوٹل پر کام کرنے والے ملازم شاہد حسین کی بیوی شگفتہ سے ملزم راشد ولد عاشق نے ناجائز تعلقات قائم کر رکھے تھے جس پر ملزم راشد ولد عاشق نے مقتول کے دوست یاسر اقبال ولد غلام محمد بھٹی سکنہ چک نمبر 503 (ای بی) سے ملکر راستہ کی رکاﺅٹ ختم کرنے کیلئے مورخہ 22 مئی 2017 کو شاہد حسین کو قتل کر دیا تھا جس پر تھانہ سٹی بورے والا نے ناصر نذیر ولد نذیر احمد نے مدعیت میں مقدمہ درج کیا تھا فاضل جج نے جرم ثابت ہونے پر مجرم راشد ولد عاشق کو 25سال قید اور 3 لاکھ روپے دیت ادا کرنے کا حکم سنا دیا جبکہ مقدمہ کے دیگر ملزمان یاسر اقبال ولد غلام محمد،سجاد احمد ولد منیر احمد،اکاش ولد شفقت اور شگفتہ بیوہ شاہد حسین کو عدم ثبوتوں کی بنا پر باعزت بری کر دیا۔
