بورے والا(چوہدری اصغر علی جاوید سے)میونسپل کارپوریشن بورے والا میں سرکاری دوکانوں کی کرایہ داری نظام کے تحت نیلامی کا عمل جاری،دوسرے مرحلے میں 53 دوکانوں کی نیلامی مکمل کر لی گئی،نیلامی کے خلاف احتجاج کرنے والے بیشتر تاجر نیلامی میں شریک،کارپوریشن کو سالانہ کروڑوں روپے کی آمدن متوقع،تفصیلات کے مطابق حکومت کی ہدایت پر میونسپل کارپوریشن کی 1042 سرکاری دوکانوں کی کرایہ داری نظام کے تحت نیلامی کا عمل تاجروں کے احتجاج کے باوجود جاری ہے دوسرے مرحلے میں اسسٹنٹ کمشنر کامران بشیر ڈوگر کی سربراہی میں نیلام کمیٹی کے ارکان چیف آفیسر راﺅ محمد علی،تحصیلدار شاہد نواب گجر،اے ڈی ایل جی چوہدری نثار احمد اور میونسپل آفیسر ریگولیشن محمد وقاص پر مشتمل نیلام کمیٹی نے جناح ہال میں مزید 53 دوکانوں کی نیلامی کا عمل کامیابی سے مکمل کر لیا نیلامی کی خاص بات یہ تھی کہ دوکانوں کی نیلامی کے خلاف احتجاج کرنے والے بیشتر تاجروں نے بھی دیگر شہریوں کے ہمراہ نیلامی میں حصہ لیا سرکاری دوکانیں سابقہ کرایہ کے مقابلہ میں 1000 گنا زائد کرایہ پر نیلام کر دی گئیں اسسٹنٹ کمشنر کامران بشیر ڈوگر کا کہنا تھا کہ دوکانوں کی نیلامی شفاف اور میرٹ پر کی جا رہی ہے جس سے میونسپل کارپوریشن کو سالانہ کروڑوں روپے کی اضافی آمدن ہو گی جو شہر کی تعمیر و ترقی اور شہریوں کی فلاح و بہبود پر خرچ ہو گی نیلامی کے عمل میں پرانے کرایہ داروں کو قانون کے مطابق ترجیح دی جا رہی ہے۔
