بورے والا(چوہدری اصغر علی جاوید سے)پٹہ پر حاصل کی گئی ریلوے اراضی پر قائم ہوٹل پر ریلوے پولیس اور عملے کا دھاوا،ہوٹل کے سامان کی توڑ پھوڑ،ٹینٹ اور شیڈ بھی اُکھاڑ دئیے،حکم امتناعی کے باوجود ریلوے حکام کی کاروائی کے خلاف ہوٹل مالکان کا احتجاج،پٹہ کی مدت پوری ہونے سے قبل ہی ریلوے ٹیم نے ہوٹل کی تہس نہس کر دی،تفصیلات کے مطابق لال حسین نامی شخص نے لاہور روڈ پر ریلوے لائن اور سڑک کے درمیان ریلوے کی ایک کینال اراضی پٹہ پر لے کر وہاں ہوٹل قائم کر رکھا تھا ابھی اس ایک کینال اراضی کی مدت معاہدہ ختم نہ ہوئی تھی کہ محکمہ ریلوے نے جگہ خالی کرنے کا نوٹس دے دیا جس کے خلاف لال حسین نے سنیئر سول جج وہاڑی کی عدالت سے محکمہ کے اس اقدام کے خلاف حکم امتناعی حاصل کر لیا لیکن گذشتہ روز اچانک ریلوے حکام کی قیادت میں ریلوے پولیس اور اُنکے اہلکاران نے آکر ہوٹل پر دھاوا بول دیا ہوٹل کے ٹینٹ،شیڈ اور دیگر سامان کو بری طرح توڑ ڈالا اور انہیں وہاں سے بیدخل کرنے کی کوشش کی تو ہوٹل مالکان نے وہاں ریلوے حکام کے اس غیر قانونی اقدام کے خلاف احتجاجی مظاہرہ کیا انہوں نے چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائی کورٹ سے مطالبہ کیا کہ ریلوے حکام اور پولیس کی اس مبینہ زیادتی کا نوٹس لیا جائے اور نقصان کے ازالہ کے لیے انصاف فراہم کیا جائے۔
