بورے والا(چوہدری اصغر علی جاوید سے)ضلع وہاڑی میں بیج بنانے والی کمپنیوں کی آڑ میں بڑے پیمانے پر خفیہ گوداموں میں گندم ذخیرہ کرنے کا انکشاف،محکمہ خوراک کھوج لگانے میں ناکام،گندم کا خریداری ہدف پورا نہ ہونے کا اندیشہ،زمینداروں کے ڈیروں سے گندم اٹھا کر ذخیرہ اندوزی ظاہر کر کے فرضی کاروائیاں جاری،تفصیلات کے مطابق ضلع وہاڑی میں محکمہ خوراک کو دیئے گئے گندم کی خریداری کے ہدف کو پورا کرنے کی کوششیں تاحال ناکام نظر آ رہی ہیں ضلع بھر میں سیڈ بنانے کا لائسنس حاصل کر کے اسکی آڑ میں محکمہ خوراک کے فوڈ انسپکٹروں کی مبینہ ملی بھگت سے کمپنی مالکان فیکٹریوں اور اپنے خفیہ گوداموں میں بڑے پیمانے پر گندم ذخیرہ کر چکے ہیں جسکی وجہ سے محکمہ خوراک کو مارکیٹ سے گندم کی خریداری کا ہدف پورا کرنا ناممکن نظر آ رہا ہے محکمہ کے ایک دو فوڈ انسپکٹر زمینداروں سے خریدی جانے والی انکے ڈیرہ جات پر پڑی گندم کو ذخیرہ اندوزی ظاہر کر کے محکمہ اور حکومت کو ماموں بنا رہے ہیں جبکہ سیڈ کمپنیوں کے خفیہ گوداموں میں پڑی گندم کا پتہ ہونے کے باوجود انکے خلاف کاروائی نہیں کروا رہے گذشتہ روز ڈی سی وہاڑی نے اپنے خفیہ ذرائع سے ایک سیڈ کمپنی کی طرف سے ایک فیکٹری میں بیج تیار کرنے کے نام پر ذخیرہ کی گئی 10 ہزار سے زائد بوری گندم برآمد کر لی مقامی کسانوں کا کہنا ہے کہ ہم نے اپنی ضرورت سے زیادہ تمام گندم محکمہ خوراک اور پاسکو کو فروخت کر دی ہے جسے ہمارے ڈھیروں سے اٹھاتے وقت ذخیرہ اندوزی کا نام دیا جا رہا ہے جس میں محکمہ خوراک کے اہلکار بھی ملوث ہیں اس تمام تر صورتحال میں امسال ضلع میں گندم کی خریداری کا مقررہ ہدف پورا کرنے میں مبینہ طور پر سیڈ کمپنیوں کے بعض مالکان اور محکمہ خوراک کے اہلکار شامل ہیں پنجاب حکومت کو اس بڑے سکینڈل کی فوری تحقیقات کروانی چاہئیں۔
